By accessing the DSP Support Assistant portal, you agree to comply with these terms. This platform is a private tool intended for authorized DSP employees only.
Managers are responsible for the accuracy of all data uploaded to the system (Scorecards, Rosters). You warrant that you have the right to process this data as part of your independent contract with Amazon.
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer the scheduling algorithm, scrape data from the portal, or use the Discord Bot to harass other employees. Abuse of the system will result in immediate termination of access.
CoreLynk Solutions provides this service on an "as-is" basis. While we utilize reliable AWS infrastructure, we are not liable for operational disruptions caused by third-party outages (Discord/Amazon) or internet connectivity issues.
