All operational data, including employee names, transporter IDs, and contact emails, is provided directly by the user's employer (the DSP). CoreLynk Solutions does not have, and will never seek, direct API access or communication channels with Amazon. We act strictly as a processing tool for data provided by DSP management.
Your information is your business. CoreLynk Solutions will never sell, rent, or trade personal information, employee metrics, or fleet data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
To provide Discord-based features, we collect Discord User IDs and Channel IDs. This information is used exclusively to facilitate shift reminders, bulletin posts, and roster syncing. This data is never used for external purposes.
We use standard functional cookies (such as CSRF tokens) solely to verify your login session and protect form submissions. We do not use any third-party tracking pixels or behavioral monitoring cookies. All site analytics are handled internally via server logs (Gunicorn/EC2) and contain no personally identifiable user data.
The DSP Support Assistant is hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 instances. We employ industry-standard security protocols to ensure your data remains isolated and protected.
